As part of creating your ceremony, you may choose to share personal details with me — for example about relationships, family, health, bereavement, or beliefs. This is entirely your choice. I use this information only to write and deliver your ceremony, I don't share it beyond what's needed for that purpose, and I don't keep it for longer than is necessary once your ceremony has taken place.

Under UK GDPR, I process your data based on:

●      Contract (to fulfil your ceremony)

●      Legal obligation (e.g. tax records)

6. How I Store Your Data

Data is stored securely via:

●      Email (Zoho Mail)

●      My website contact form

●      Cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive)

●      Encrypted personal devices

I take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your data secure, including password protection and not leaving data on unencrypted devices.

Some of the services I use (such as Google Drive) may store data on servers outside the UK. Where this happens, the provider has appropriate safeguards in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) to protect your data.

Data is retained only as long as needed (usually 6–7 years for legal/business purposes).

7. Photos & Testimonials

If I ever wish to use photos, video, or quotes from your ceremony on my website or social media, I will always ask your permission first and only use what you're happy for me to share.
